College.

College. The word itself makes us feel so many emotions. In our brain we hear it screaming adulthood, freedom, parties, stress, love, education, choices, tears, distance, and countless others. We start hearing about college in our early teenage years. All the teachers say "you need to start thinking about what you want to do with your life, and the college you want to attend." At such a young age none of us cared, then BOOM! With the blink of an eye it's time to choose our college, or even passed the time we should've chose.

The time for us. The clock is ticking. It is now time to choose.

There's so many campuses.There's at least 1,000. Only 1,000.

There's so many career paths. There's way more than 2,000. It's really no big deal, let me just pick one career that I want to do for the rest of my life.

There's so many locations. Should I stay home? Should I go within close distance? Should I go out of state? Should I fly across the country?

There's so many environments. Big campus, small campus, sorority, fraternity, in the middle of nowhere, on the beach, in the city, north, south, east, or west.

It's basically safe to say college is broad. One wrong decision on the college you choose, and it'll affect you and your future. It feels impossible to narrow all the decisions down to just one. One campus, one career path, one location, and one environment. A life changing decision.

When it all comes down to it, everything will work out. We'll make that one decision. Most of the time we'll change that one decision. Probably once, or maybe several times. We'll definitely hear our brains screaming adulthood, freedom, parties, stress, love, education, choices, tears, distance, and countless others. We'll make and lose friends. Our lives will change tremendously. We'll get through it. We'll get our degrees, or at least some of us will. It may take us years to get our degrees, but we'll get there. In the complexity of this all, it'll all turn into one simple degree. Nothing more than a degree that we worked so hard for. Don't stress about the choices entirely too much. What is meant to be, will be.

Are we ready to make our decisions? Have we decided on our plans?

It's time for college. Just college.
